MIAMI - Sept. 3, 2009 - At 83 years old, Alget Campbell isn't as nimble as he used to be. His joints are a little rusty and he has some trouble getting around. On Monday, though, after he closed on his very first home, Campbell was doing cartwheels inside, his daughter said.

Russians are buyng in Florida like there is no tomorrow. Too tempting and makes great vacation spot with bragging rights in winter.
I have been following the listings in a few pompano beach Florida condos and have noticed the the lower priced units are selling as quick as they are listed. Still some good deals but they are going quick, what was a so so deal 6 months ago is todays great deal
